Start a Return or Exchange
Email help@chesterandcomp.com and include:
- Your order number (or email receipt/proof of purchase)
- Whether you want a return or exchange
- A short note about the reason
- Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Please don’t send items back until you contact us first—we’ll provide the correct instructions.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn/unused
- With tags (if included)
- In original packaging (when applicable)
Exchanges
We offer exchanges only for non-custom and non-limited items, and only when the requested replacement is available.
To request an exchange (size/color/style), email help@chesterandcomp.com with:
- Your oder number and item you'd like to exchange
- What you’d like to exchange it for (size/color)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or incorrect, contact help@chesterandcomp.com right away with photos so we can make it right.
Return Shipping Costs
- If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping (when a return is needed) and resolve it with a replacement or refund.
- For returns/exchanges due to preference (changed mind, sizing choice, etc.), return shipping is not covered.
Items We Can’t Accept for Return
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom / personalized items (special orders)
- Limited items (when noted)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, email us and we’ll help.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you with approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 10 business days for processing (banks may take longer to post)
- Original shipping charges are not refundable
- Refunds cover product cost only (once accepted)

Missing Packages / Delivery Issues
If your package is missing email help@chesterandcomp.com and we’ll help investigate.
Carrier delays, weather, and peak-season congestion can impact delivery timelines. We’ll always help where we can, but some delays are outside our control.
