1) How can I place an order?
Placing an order is as easy as a bunny hop! Browse our shop, add your favorites to your cart, and follow the checkout steps. Please double-check sizes, colors, and shipping info before placing your order.
2) What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal—your bunny treasures are just a few clicks away.
3) How long will my order take?
Most items are made to order. Please allow up to 5 business days for production, plus shipping time. Standard delivery is typically 10–14 days total (production + shipping). Delivery times can vary during holidays, weather events, or carrier delays. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships.
4) How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking info. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the label is created. Use this tracking number to keep an eye on your bunny goodies as they make their way to you.
5) What if my package is missing?
If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t find it, try these quick steps first:
• Check around your delivery area (porch, side door, garage, mailbox)
• Ask household members/neighbors
• Contact the carrier with the tracking number

6) What is your return policy?
We want you to be hoppy with your purchase! Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items (unworn/unused, original condition). Custom/personalized, limited items, sale items, and gift cards are not returnable.

7) Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we are only able to ship within the US at this time.
8) Can I modify or cancel my order after it’s placed?
Because items are made to order and processing begins quickly, we typically can’t modify or cancel orders once they’re placed. If you made a mistake, email help@chesterandcomp.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
